My solemn pride and joy
My solemn pride and joy
Is that a little lonely boy
Would often not know what to do
And so he sought to look for clues
Inside the world of widest webs
He opened tabs and ran through threads
And was unsure which side to join
He tried to follow scattered points
And what did matter he won‘t spoil
It was the work and labor, toil
It was my sole and greatest joy
I had my sanity destroyed
But I would never go to living back
To how I was before
For as richness haunts my spirit
I might end up just as poor
And when they send me to the void
I‘ll know my solemn pride and joy
I was a little lonely boy
I was a little unemployed
